HISTORY

• Founded in 2021, Z/X Coffee is a specialty coffee select shop in Japan.
• "Z/X" comes from the German word for six, "sechs." Great aromas and flavors, not limited to coffee, stimulate all the senses and awaken the body. This stimulation can even lead to new inspirations. We named our shop to reflect our desire to offer coffee that stimulates not just the five senses but also the sixth sense. Our logo features a hexagon motif representing six, subtly incorporating "ZX." This hexagonal design is also used throughout the interior of our stores.
• Our shop offers not only coffee but also coffee shakes, sweets, and other beverages for those who might not enjoy coffee. Additionally, we operate as a bar in the evening, offering our original craft gin.
